I do ensure that your plant is healthy when I send it, if you order at a time when your weather is not conducive due to adverse temperatures, delay ordering until your temperature is optimal.
I will only advertise, and send when my plants are leaving my area in temperatures that are not extreme. If you leave your shipment at your post office, it should be fine, however, if it is delivered to your home and sits in the sun or in the cold for excessive hours before you retrieve it, that is not my fault, and not replaceable.
I do check temperatures when I ship, I pay attention to time stamp arrivals to your home and if you fail to contact me within 2 hours of delivery, it is likely you did not retrieve your plant when it was delivered.
